Integrated Pest Management

We take great care of our crops in order to obtain the highest quality products in optimum sanitary conditions. Therefore, the supervision and control of the phytosanitary measures on our crops are priorities in the production and growing of our persimmon.

We constantly monitor the phytosanitary conditions of our crops by the activity of a net of biological control stations, a team of pest specialists.

We manage all the information related to the sanitary and phytosanitary conditions of the crops by evaluating the population rates, the development of pests and organisms, the crop phenology and the climate conditions.

Ultimately, we carry out significant activities such as biological pest control in order to fight pests of great concern.

Monitoring and scouting

We set up adhesive and pheromone traps in all of our crops to ensure the early detection of pests. The information extracted from the samplings is always collected weekly.
We have a team working daily on the search and detection of pests in our different crops.
